Is it better to mix your whey protein powder with skimmed milk, or water? I have heard that if u mix it with milk, it goes straight to your gut, but if u mix it with water, it travels through the vessels and muscles.

I think water and milk would both go to your stomach before being digest Haha
If your bulking, needing the extra calories go with the milk.
If your cutting use water, but make sure you have some type of simple carbs, the best bet would be about 65-75 grams of dextrose, depending on your bodyweight. (multiple .5 times your weight to see how much simple carbs you need post workout)
I still have it with water even though im bulking, i don't need all the milks carbs/sugars since i use dextrose in place of it.
