Is this a good idea or bad idea, im thinking about doing it to further help me get loose. Ive been doing the same routine for 19 weeks now and im having issues with my knee, hip flexor, left pec and left rotator cuff, i can still lift but stretching isnt enough, i've already tried resting a week and it doesnt seem to help, it comes right back.
