    17 year old, Before & After Pics - PLEASE CRITIQUE

    hey, been at the gym for about 10 months now, on and off while at school & working. Started at 69kg. Up to 94.5kg and cutting now at 92kg. No new pics but most recent 1 month ago. Let me know what ya'll think.

    The majority of photos are from when i was 16.
    Cutting Up now & then clean lean bulking.

    Good work, one question though, did you do cardio while bulking?

    I did minimum cardio but play many sports and my first 4 months of gym was sessions early in the morning before school.

    Started on 50/50 pro/carb supplement. Very good genetics and eating big got me 11kg mass in the first month. Results greatly decreased after that but kept rising.

    Now supplementing on:
    Whey
    L-Glutamine
    NOZ SC [CEE] (prefer monohydrate but havent recieved any feedback on whether or not i should change back)
    Multi-Vitamins

    WORST result in it all...
    STRETCHMARKS!!!
    ..i have them in my pec-delt tie-in area and inner bicep/tricep. Been on Barmon Stretchmark cream for about 2 months, no obvious results yet!

    im 176.5cm tall (like 5'10 or something)
    Yeh its hard to think im 92.5kg when i see fully built bodybuilders at that weight. I have some pretty huge legs tho.

    I "cycled" on:
    50/50 Whey/Carb Weight Gainer (BSc SuperMass)
    Advanced Creatine (Bsc Myocytin)
    Tribulus (Bsc Triandrobol) (didnt realise i was too young for this and it wouldnt do anything, but i got good strength gains while using it)

    Had also tried cell-tech/nitro-tech stack, hmb/l-glutamine/creatine stack, hydroxycut.

    I'd love to say it was the clean bulk but i didnt know much when i started so i ended up with stretchmarks from growing too quick. If i could do it all again, i'd use vitamin e cream everyday, bulk cleaner & moderately increase weights on exercises.
    Also i was doing a 4 day workout plan of:
    day 1 - chest,biceps,back
    day 2 - legs
    rest day
    day 3 - chest,biceps,back
    day 4 - legs

    so as you can see i was overtraining - i was doing weights at home so i had great limitations but i did gain quite alot. STILL however, trying to get rid of these stretchmarks! I basically used weight gainer powder ever since i started so that wouldve caused stretchmarks too.

    For a month now i've been on just normal Whey to try to tone up - working well so far. Thinking about using Syntrax Nectar & Muscletech CEE when i ran dry. Nutrabolics NOZ isnt doing too much for me compared to monohydrate.

    MM so im doing a split of 4 days in the week.

    Exzample i do 12 sets biceps in total the whole week but splitted them up in 6 sets a day. ( monday and thurs ) You say i am overtraining? ;o


    and how many calories did ya eat? And how many sets reps etc etc plz give me some info And about the cardio?
