AST claims that there whey is processed differently than any other whey protein on the market. They say that everyone else is using 7 year old technoligy to process thier products. So I would like to know if there is any truth to this. Is there product that much better? I'm curious because I was using AST VP2 but just switched to Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey because you can get 5 lb. of Optimum's whey for the same price as 2 lb. of AST's VP2.
