How long should you wait to lift after a somewhat big meal?
I ate at 8:15, and I don't wanna wait too long cause the world series is on.
I'll be benching tonite if that makes a difference.

Just go lift after you eat, I ate 2 Double Hamburgers today and went and lifted 5 minutes after.

Personally I like to leave it an hour because if I eat then go lift I find I can sometimes get bile/acid which is just a pain in the ass.
