if I use Green MAG as a pre work out sup.
should I take 1 or 2 servings pre workout
also to more more economical could Green MAG be used only on work out days and standard mono on rest days to keep the levels topped up.

If you're using it pre, I would still just stick with one serving. As for off days, using reg. mono is becoming quite popular and I'm going to try it soon with the size on I got in the sale. Economically it could really help and I don't see any harm.
