Now that im going back to uni soon, i figure ill invest in a blender so i can make some proper MRPs instead of just protein shakes.
What i need are some ideas and/or recipes, nothing too fancy.
Thanx

You could buy a MRP that's already ready to go if you want to spend the money. Plenty of options on bodybuilding.com.
You could make your own with a protein powder. You'll need to experiment to find the right mixture to suit your needs for calories, pro, carb, fat, etc. as well as taste of course. Try various flavors of protein powders. Some companies sell boxes with a variety of flavors. You can also use eggs, egg whites, whipping cream, oats, fruits, dextrose, maltodextrin, flax seed oil, water, milk, juice, pudding, ice cream. You have many options, just make sure it fits your needs. Fitday.com may help with your calculations (it's free and useful). BB.com also has a nutrient database available.
