i have school starting up again tomorrow and that means(besides school work) i find it a lot easier to concentrate and stick to my bodybuilding routine regarding lifting and eating good meals throughout the day. I find it easier to eat more frequently and get more calories during the school day than compared to a day off school. I get more calories probably because i get up at 7:30 in the morning and i am go to bed around 11:00pm. Does anyone else feel the same way about this as i do?

yeh i think its easier too.. because you have to get up for school...
but lately ive been getting up at 7:00 during the summer anyways to do cardio and eat and stuff...and i say to myself i haveto get up to run.. its all about dedication i guess
but yeh, school is easy to get my meals scheduledThere is no secret. Just desire and dedication.

I eat alot less during school. I'm currently trying to find a way to keep up my meal intake during school. I think protein shakes w/ powdered milk and water mixed in will be the best bet....
I also don't have any "recesses" or lunch periods, and immediatly following school I play sports nearly year round
