    Sprinting drills

    Anybody have any good drills? Want to throw them into my cardio days, thanks

    I dont know but I usually do:

    10- 10 yard (sometimes I lay on my back, get up quickly and run, just more cardio)
    10- 20 yard
    5- 30 yard
    1- 40 yard

    As a warm up I jog a while. Then I jump rope. I do 100 regular. Then each leg 20 times up to 100 jumps. So 50 on each leg. Then 100 more, higher jumps. Then I do my sprints. And a cool down jog. I like it.

    Good old wind sprints are great functional drills.

    Sled sprints, sandbag sprints and hill sprints are awesome.
    Less food means less weight. More weight on bar means get stronger. Guy farts while squatting means great laughter. -Dan John-
