so i read about this exercise called the full contact twist, aka landmines. Its supposed to be the best ab workout hands down. the problem is, i cant find a good description of how to do the exercise properly. BB.com has a decent explanation, but i tried it and couldn't figure it out.
Basically all i know is that you take a barbell, and place one end in the corner of the room. I also know how to hold the bar, but i dont know where to stand and how to perform the movement. Ive searched the ENTIRE web and haven't found any good explanations.
I do know that theres a book called "bullet proof abs" by Pavel, that has a good explanation but i tried downloading the e-book which didn't work, and checked the book store, but they didn't have it.
Can someone please explain how to do this exercise? Thank you.
