    soccer training

Ok, so Iv brought in training methods to bring in my fast twitch fibres and anaerobic fitness whereas previously I had huge endurance runs to try to improve fitness. My question is really, am I being neglectful by not having an aerobic/endurance run one to twice per week?

I must admit my schedule is pretty packed nut I could, for example, do an hour and half at home on a spinning bike

Ur pretty much right on with the anaeorobic fitness training. Im personally not a big fan of spinning bikes but if you cant go outside for an endurance run then itll do fine. You really only need and should have 1-2 long distance sessions a week(1 during off season is fine)..mabe an extra one once the season starts if you feel its a weakness.
