    hey guys i was just wondering if it's ok to eat one-fifth of a piece of a fat free oatmeal cookie on a bulk? i dont wanna get fat or nothin

    Although 1/5 of a cookie wont really show any results, I still wouldn't do it (unless you've made it yourself with good ingredients that is).

    Putting refined (white) sugars in your system is a no-no.
