1. Do you maintain the same caloric intake during carb cycles by replacing carbs with other macros?
2. What should carb differences be? Lets say with a 40/40/20 I take in about 130g of carbs.
3. What should carbs be replaced with on low carb days? Proteins? Fats? Both?
