I started working out and dieting at 150 lbs.. I got up to 175lbs, but fell down to 168 when I got lazy and started making excuses. I'm ready to bulk again and do it the right way. I figure that I need 4,000 calories or more every day to even think about gaining weight with the job that I have (high physical labor). I know most of you guys have to eat more than this. Can you post some of your diet plans? I definitely need some direction here. My mom bought me some N-Large for my birthday. I prefer making my own gainers, but since she bought it I might as well use it. It should be easier to gain when school starts since I won't be living in the damned dorms this semester. Thanks for your help and advice in advance.

keep making your own gainer shakes. n-large2 offers little nutrional value. for some sample diets look in this thread...
