but it's great motivation to look at that list...
because we say only the 300+ are so ****ing strong, but there are a bunch of lifter who aren't 300lbs at ALL

as for gaash, i dunno how he died, but if he had a weak heart already add the wieght+steroids+horrible diet=bad things
the most dangerous things bodybuilders do is to lose wieght i am sure you know this, why the hell do powerlifters care if they lose wieght unless there dropping 1-2 lbs. to get into a lower classI've seen a 15 year old deadlift 440 lbs. first time ever touching a weight

i am sure the 35ish more lbs. will be about 15 lbs. muscle
if i get to "fat" i'll lay off, i'm still looking pretty good i think, i think my ROM may be down an 1 1/2 by then, wouldn't that be nice
and some day i will get a digital cam!!
besides gaining wieght before your growth plates stop growing will make your skelatal system grow more wide, to handle the wieght, i belive this to be a law, as i see it all the time, (with people who work anywaysI've seen a 15 year old deadlift 440 lbs. first time ever touching a weight
