    My workout split

    Monday:Back/biceps
    Tuesday:Leg/abs
    Wed:Chest/triceps
    Thursday:Off
    Friday:Shoulder/trap/abs

    I have been following this routine for the past 3months and have had some great results however i plan on adding an additional arm day on saturday would that be wise to do?

    Your isoloation movements + your compound upper-body movements are already giving your arms plenty of work. I would not do more for them.

    If you really must go on Saturday, I would just do cardio.

    The important thing here is what your current workout routine looks like - what types of exercises are you doing and what is the set/rep and weight scheme.

    I am now a firm believer in doing many sets with a varying of reps and weight load.
    The body is a terrible thing to waste.
