Started my CKD at 12am....had a bag of peanut butter pretzels as my last carb meal, so as of now i'm starting a low carb lifestyle. After I get to a certain point I won't do CKD but I see no reason in ever going over 100g of carbs again...unless a special event occurs, maybe not even then.
Anyhew, getting ready to knock out a full body workout and 3 miles on the treadmill to get into ketosis hopefully by late tonight or midday sunday.
Wish me luck, going to need it. LOL

At this point i'm down to 190 from 194. I've been working A LOT....only sleeping like 3-4 hours a night so I haven't been online to update
My diet consists of the same thing every day...basically. 2 eggs and steak for breakfast...two more steak meals with a little mayo and a can of salmon for dinner. I throw veggies in where I can, I really need to boost my veggie intake up just to be healthy. That'll be the goal this week.Only I can design me.
