Bad fats are mainly saturated and trans fats. Most processed foods that i've come across contain bad fats. The fast food chains mostly have bad fats. It's honestly easier to see which foods contain the good fats so you just eat those instead of avoiding the bad ones. Stick with eggs (especially yolks), fish, lean turkey, natty pb, and nuts are a good one too.
