    I would really like someone (PA, Dr. P, exc) to speculate on the potential biological properties of this new PEA isomer ("beta methoxyphenethylamine").

    Also, according to the picture on the box, the methoxy looks like it is coming off the phenyl ring. It was my understanding that the beta position was with respect to the Nitrogen (amine). I have no idea how the name "beta" came from the picture on the box. (Example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beta-me...henethylamine).

    So which is correct? The picture or the name? Or neither?


    Edit: Upon further inspection, the picture on the box appears to be phenylmethylamine with a methyl coming off the alpha carbon. I assume the box is incorrect.

    Yeah, we were trying to come up with the ingredient based off the structure in another thread before it was announced. They later told us that the box is not the correct structure... not sure why that was necessary.

    sorry, I don't feel competent to give any enlightening or qualified comments on this issue. someone with a chemistry / biochemistry background could possibly give some info.

    I tried one anyway, and won't comment yet because I've got a pretty high stim tolerance right now, and they weren't intact.
