Unhappy Injured on KETO need advice!

Well this weekend I was hospitalized for suffering a lower back injury and some inestinal problems. Well I am currently doing a keto diet but i wont be able lift weights for two weeks so I dont know what to do. I dont know wether I should lower calorie intake I am 6'3'' 194lbs and am cnsuming about 2800-3000 calories/day. I also have a question on wether i should carb up next weekend even though I wont be lifting weights. Can anyone give me some tips on what to do with my current situation???

    Unhappy Sorry to hear that!!

Well, I say stick with the diet and current ratio's.

The only change I would make is instead of a carb load have one carb based meal per week. When you start training again resume the full load.

that might keep him out of ketosis, negating the effects of the whole diet. i wouldnt reccomend that, just stick with your diet you have.
