or get some usnic acid... that stuff works well too...
nothing beats DNP when it comes to fat loss... but I would not recomend it unless you are extremely experienced and you know exactly what you are doing... and overdose on DNP means only one thing... death... and an overdose is very close to an effective dose... so it's risky and should not be taken, once again, unless you have lots and lots of experience and are going to be responsible... plus the **** is ****ing next to impossible to find...

hey man, i got a prob with my bench program..
yesterday i tried 8,6,4
instead of 10,8,6,4
but i had trouble on the last set, even tho i put the same weight...but i lifted heavier on my incline DB press, makes no sense to me???
i read in a thread a routine like 4,6,8 go high to low?? i know your an experience BB, so...can i have your imput...
and BTW thanx for the help on the diet and stuff, woah i lost some Blub!!!Live forever....

Well, people respond diffently to different sets. I have problems doing that as well. It's a strength issue. I don't worry about this while cutting. You will get much stronger while bulking. Just keep doing the sets as is. I'm really not an expert at sets.Supplement Enthusiast

yes blub..still a bit to go...more like excess, cuz i lost about 65LBS in all...
hmm, yeah i notice while i was buking my strength went up big time..i mean i was adding weight everyweek..not extreme amounts, but good enough...

well, i thought u were a pretty decent (size) guy...cuz u know a good deal of info...
but i've always had trouble increasing on bench..i dont want to bench 300LBS..well maybe later but for now i just want some sort of gains, itll come later (bulking cycle that is)
glutamine is great...where would we be without it...Live forever....

oh oh, ok that makes more sense...me the past 2 years (almost 2) i ve been on and off...for about 5 months i was only able to hit the gym 2 times a week...now i just restart in june..like hardcore..lost alot of muscle and weight went down...
but yeah you know a boat load about supps and nutrition...
