Preety decent workout. The server was down last night so I couldn't post. On tuesdays I generally do arms, but I am delaying until wednesday because I just donated 2 pints of blood...so no seeing cuties at the gym today.

9/8 I am too beast for blood. Back Day
Two days ago I gave two pints of blood, instead of the usual 1. It weakened me some (and froze me a little when the saline was injected me - as bad as Ice 2). So basically I lost MAD hit points and had to spend time off recovering them.
Being that giving blood is a selfless act, I gained some experience points.
I hit back today...I was stronger than ever on my deadlifts..I think I hit a limit break on my last exercise. OK enough with the RPG analogies...here was my workout
- Deadlifts 135x12 225x20 325x8 (+2 gained experience points) 335x5 335x5
- Shoulder Shrugs 335x5 325x5 315x4
- Barbell Bent-Over Row 175x6 175x5 175x6
- Lat Pulldown 180x6 180x5 180x5
- Seated Cable Row 190x6 190x7 200x5 (LIMIT BREAK )

FFVI was the best, although FFIV is often rated higher by the gaming community. FFVIII grew on me over time - the themes were much more somber and mature. FFVII was fun, simple, and technologically progressive. FFIX was weak. FFX was brilliant and created an amazing, surreal world that I really got sucked into.

I agree with you for the most part GhostFace..but I never played FFX. FFVII was OK in my opinion, but not near as good as its predecessors.
Brad, my limit break is Beast Mode (lvls 1-4)

I decided to combine shoulders and chest this week once again due to me taking off b/c I gave blood. My strength is more or less back...well slightly back Doing shoulders and chest together is friggin taxing on the body and it affects your chest lifts greatly.
- Clean and Press 85x10 115x7 135x5 135x2 (WTF)
- Dumbell Incline Press 55x9 70x5 70x5 70x4
- Weighted Dips 50x10 50x7 50x7
- Flat Barbell Press 165x6 165x4 155x4

9/12 Heavy ass Leg Day
I didn't do arms last week due to me giving blood, which resulted in me sitting out for two days...so I thought I might do them on sunday. Scratch that idea...I can get anabolics for my arms by doing legs on monday Besides..I got arms to do tommorrow.
I decided that I was going to go lower weight on my squats so I would be able to get more reps in. I believe I will be staying in the 295-315 range for at least a month. Hopefully by that time I will get up to 325 (which I did for a few weeks during the summer).

9/12 Arms
I decided to start off with some lying tricep extensions. This time I emphasized my elbow positioning so I'd get the proper form and range of motion down. This was a preety intense workout. 9 sets on biceps and triceps each. After that I did a little ab work and a 1 mile run.
- Lying Tricep Extension 95x6 90x5 85x6 85x6
- Weighted Dips 55x7 55x8 55x6
- Reverse Tricep Pushdown 150x6 150x6 (MAX)
- Barbell Curls 90x6 90x6 85x6 85x5
- Hammer Curls 45x6 45x6 46x6
- Alternating Bicep Curls (murdered me) 45x6 45x4

9/14 Chest
I decided to do chest today instead of friday because my lower back has been aching today. Maybe because of the squats (doubt it) or the fact that I did weighted dips and the weight on the belt was hurting my back. Anyways..I did chest. On the flat barbell press I did the last three sets to negative failure, my friend assisted me some on the lifts. Those dips took a toll on my lifts as well. Still a nice short workout.
- Dumbell Incline Press 55x8 70x5 70x6 70x4
- Flat Barbell Press 185x4 185x4 205x3 (negative on last two) 225x1 225x1 (both negative)
- Dumbell Decline Press 70x5 70x4

9/16 Shoulders
Skipped a workout yesterday because my back was still hurting. Today I did shoulders. This wasn't my best workout, not in terms of volume or intensity, it was just that my mind was out of it. I tried this new product by Myochem called Throttle 1400X, a stimulant which contains l-tyrosine, green tea extract, cayenne, ALA, caffine, etc. I took two pre workout..didn't feel anything. Good news though. I got 4 lbs of BSL's Whey Supremacy (their whey protein isolate): 2 lbs in watermelon and the other 2 in orange creme. I'm downing some watermelon right now.
