    pt's Molecular Nutrition - X-Factor review

Summary: My short term goal is 250lb @ 12%bf, with a long-term goal of 240-250lb @ 6-8%. I have 3 bottles of X-Factor, and I have very high expectations of this product.

Note: Do a search on my username, and you will see that I have ZERO financial interest or ties to any supplement company. I will provide a NO BS review of this product... good or bad.

    Link to product: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mn/xfactor.html

    Supplement Facts:

    Serving Size: 1 Softgel
    Servings Per Container: 90

    Amount Per Serving:

    Arachidonic Acid: 200mg

    Other Ingredients:
Archidonix Oil (a proprietary blend of arachidonic acid, palmitic acid, steric acid, linoleic acid, dihomo-y-linolenic acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lignoceric acid, and other fatty acids), gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel color and carob.

Directions: Take 1 softgel daily for long-term supplementation. Take up to 5 softgels daily for brief "loading cycles" not to exceed 50 days. Repeat loading cycles only after 50 days of normal supplementation.

Warnings: Do not take this product if you have, or are at risk for, diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, heart disease, stroke, are pregnant, are suffering for any inflammatory diseases, or are on a red meat restricted diet. Consult with your physician before use if you are taking any medication, or suffer from any other health condition.
    Age: 27

    Sex: Male

    Height: 6ft

    Weight: 236

    Bodytype: Classic Ectomorph

Prohormone/Steroid use: None. I did a few clean cycles of 6-OXO, which overwhelmingly is NOT considered a PH/PS/Steroid. The cycles were cut short due to unpleasant side effects around week 2-3.

Training experience: I was 6ft, 130lbs at age 19 when I joined the military. By age 24, not only was I a weak, out-of-shape 175lbs, but my body felt like ****, and my joints hurt. So in the last 3 years I went from a out-of-shape 175lbs to a leaner 236lbs. Now I made a HUGE mistake last year when I did a cutting phase from 225lbs to 205lbs, but I have since bulked back up, and broke through a 220-225lb plateau with the aid of Omega Thunder, NOS Ether, and MAN Clout. Left shoulder / trap pain has been a serious most recent roadblock, but I have been holding steady at 236lbs.

    Training Schedule/Protocol:
    5 days a week, with a 4 x 8-12 rep range. Usually 1RM monthly...

    Sun: Legs
    Mon: Off
    Tue: Chest / Back
    Wed: Legs
    Thu: Off
    Fri: Chest
    Sat: Back

Note: This is a basic outline that I follow.
    Cardio Schedule/Protocol:
2-3 days a week, low/medium intensity 30-60mins unless otherwise noted
    Current supplements:
    • Bulk WPC Protein powder
    • Multivitamin
    • X-Factor
    • Creatine

    Current "Budget" Maintenence Diet:
    <img src="http://technologyorgasm.com/upload/cals.jpg">
    • 400g + Protein daily, around 200g from Whey Protein
    • Lean Beef
    • Lean Turkey / Chicken Breast
    • Eggs
    • Skim Milk, around 1 gallon per day
    • Steel cut oats

Present goals: Bulk and evaluation of X-Factor for lean gains and strength gains

    Prescription/Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history: I respond fairly well to creatine monohydrate, and in the past I have tried MAN Clout, Omega - Thunder, NOS Ether, Swole V2, BSL Kre-alkalyn and many other creatine products.

I respond very well to Cell Volumizers, and in the past I have used NOS XXX, Extreme NOS Precursor, L-Arginine powder, L-Arginine Pyroglutamate Powder, L-Citrulline Powder, Ergopharm Stamino2, Carnosine, Glycerine, Ribose, Taurine, Twinlab Male Fuel, Syntrax Nitrous

I respond fairly well to stimulants/thermogenics, and in the past I have used Ready4War, Diesel Fuel Reloaded, Powertrain, ECY Stack, Tyrosine, Green Tea Extract, Nicotine 1mg Gum, Caffeine, EPH 833, EPH 1000, Ripped Fuel, Y-HCL on it's own.

    Question

Wow I did not know you we12e in the milita12y b12o! what branch? I am very intrigued by X-Factor, and have been doing alot of research on it and reading through alot of debates

I am about to start a Max LMG cycle, what do you think about doing X-Factor after PCT or maybe Starting it During?? Should I wait a while until my test levels even out? Thanks B12o! ~ Nick~

I do train arms directly on chest / back day (every 2-3 days on average)... the above is just an outline I go by.

From experience I think its better to take it 2-2-1. Im a big guy so I went 2-2-2, I really started feeling awesome effectst then, compared to 2-1-1-1, or 1-1-1-1-1. Lost fat throughout, strength gains though were probably due to workouts.

1 softgel 5x per day so far... but I'm open to suggestions... especially from other X-Factor users...

How long did you try 11111 before switching to 222 ? This is good stuff to know ! Any other input would be great !

I only did it for the last week and a half and it was a noticeable difference.

I'm taking it right now, some people say that they notice effects almost within a week of taking it, for me, it took the whole first bottle before noticing anything. Now I'm just taking it as a stand-a-lone, except for protein and a multi-vitamin. I'm taking it in 2-2-1 format, and I'm thinking about the 2-2-2 format real soon. Some people I've talked to recently at a gym said they quit taking X-Factor because of stories they heard and unpleasant side effects they got about the second week. They said they're cholesterol and blood pressure had changed dramatically. Now, the only side-effects I have noticed so far have been migraines, and an increased heart rate. I also sweat more than I do normally. I'm going to get blood tests done right after my cycle to see if it's done anything to my system, since some people on here question X-Factors side effects. Besides that, it's been great. I feel a whole lot leaner, stronger in the gym too. Good luck with your cycle! Peace!

I have been taking the X Factor in a 2-2-1 or 2-1-2 format. The only side effects have been sore joints and muscles, which is what you want to see as the product is most likely working at that point. I have not experienced migraines or blood pressure or heart rate changes, but the first week I noticed more of a thermogenic effect. Just out of curiousity, how long were the people on the X Factor before they started to notice changes in cholesterol?

LOL..no, it definitely is not your imagination. In my review I posted that I felt like "someone took a blowtorch to my ass" because I was sweating all the time the first week. After the first week the sweating started to subside, but I still notice the thermogenic effect.

They said about 2-3 weeks of taking 5 pills a day, but like me, I sweat like a mother****er anyways, and X-Factor does nothing but make it worse than it already is, still a good product though. The only problem is I'm coming off a stress fracture in my lower back and back spasms. So the doctor put me on anti-inflammatories, I was like, not until I'm done with this **** right here. Or that's what other people have said, not to take excess omega fatty acids or anti-inflammatories while taking X-Factor.
X-Factor is possibly the best non-hormonal anabolic supplement on the market right now...
As for the head-aches, I've had about 5 migraines while on a bottle and a half, they lasted all day, holy ****...but nothin I can't handle...

P.S.-Some of these ****ers that talk bad about it are dumb as ****, i.e. I was talking to somebody in the locker room, I told him I was taking X-Factor, and then later before we workout he comes over there and says, "You're taking X-Factor? That **** will **** you up." Lol, so I asked him how..."Just trust me, it'll **** you up pretty bad..."...then he walked away...

I dont know man i had some strange things happen while XFactor. I am still trying to determine if it was just a conicidence. I am taking Clout right now and already have seen better results after 10 days on clout vs 50 days on Xfactor. I am going to post a comparison of results when after a couple more weeks on clout/xtend. I was extremely dissapointed cause as far as i know everyone else has had great results. Good luck PU im sure my case was just an odd case
