Thumbs up Favorite Movie of all time

I'm a huge movie fan that has seen practically every modern movie out there. I get laughed at all the time for my #1 pick Conan the Barbarian. I just love that flick, it's got all the elements of a great movie, action, drama, blood, guts, love, sex, humor, buddies, a great soundtrack, and Ahhnuld in his prime. OK the acting was a little soft but there are plenty of movies far below it. What's everyone elses favorite? Maybe I've missed a gem or two?
P.S. anyone picking Driving Miss Daisy can fack off..lol

Black Hawk Down or We Were Soldiers. The books are better though. Independence Day was damn good as well, along with Armageddon.
