    Gained 3 pounds in 6 days

    I'm not on any supplement of any kind, but when I stepped on the scale I measured in at 112??

    I used to be 109 (last week). Weird, is it normal for girls to gain this much over 6 days? I just started hitting the gym again to do weights last week (June 2) and weighed in at 109.

    However, I have been going boxing over the past year.. But I got serious about it beginning of January this year.

    Is this normal?? I tried weighing my self again after I took a piss, and it was still the same thing.

    It happens to me quite often. I fluctuate +/- about 3 pounds every week or so.

    Water wieght can cuase that, I go up and down a whole lot, if you want the most accurate weigh right after you wake up in the morning

    Yeah it's just water weight probably. At least you didn't gain 21 pounds in 5 days like I did after season ended.
