    Lightbulb What's natural?

With all of the suppliments out there and what not, I'm not really sure what makes you considered natural. I take glutamine, protien, and I just started taking creatine for the first time. And I have taken E/C pills before. Would I be considered natural? How much sh*t can you take and still be considered natural?

Supplements are just that, they add to your diet what you're not getting enough of.. Fatburners are not man-made, hence they are natural.. Ephedrine Hcl is a chemical, ephedra is from a plant.. If you look at it, since it's really your diet that affects these things, it's still natural.. If you don't eat enough calories, weightgainer is just sugary powder, don't eat low calories and fatburners are just to keep you up all night.. Unless you make your own products from chemical sources, it's natural....

Until you take steroids, your natural. Some federations consider pro-hormones not natural though.

Bread and ice cream cannot be found in nature. It is man-made. These things don't occur naturally. Does that mean you are not-natural then ? LOL

Man-made with natural products... We grow the grains, we milk the cows.... Then again the cows are on Finaplix-H, and the wheat has so many pesticides on it I'm surprised we all don't have cancer.... What the hell is natural, then?

Some consider taking pro-hormones natural and some don't. To me, you are natural until you take steroids.

If it comes from *NATURE* it is "Natural"

So when they combined the three amino acids to form creatine, they had to get those from somewhere. They got it from nature, not any other source.

I think as long as you don't use steroids you're natural

supplements are just that.....amino acids/protein/creatine etc. already found in foods, items that supplement what we're already consuming

btw wow strong join date OP
