This is the entry thread for the BULK UP!™ competition (I felt like giving it a catchy name). The basics of this competition are : whoever makes the biggest BULKING transformation, wins. This isn't a fat loss competition. I'll make rules, judges, and all of that after I see how many people we can get signed up. Things that will be looked at are : weight gained, muscle gained, fat gained, and bodyfat percent. I will accept 20 people to take part in this competition.
If you want to join, copy the following "form" below, and post up the mandatory poses that I write at the bottom. You must have pictures or you are not allowed to enter. For pictures, you must take 1 picture with your thumb up in 1 hand, and in another hand have a piece of paper with the date written big on it. We can judge by your size in that picture if you're other pictures are accurate, and aren't from 2 years ago. Here is the form, measurements are flexed except for waist :

Yes, it's a lot of pictures, but it will better help our judges pick a winner. It's easier to put 4 or 5 of them into a little collage using paint, you don't have to post so many attachments that way.
So I'm asking for a lot, but this isn't just some random competition, I want this to be good.
If anybody is wondering, I'm going to be in this, I have to take pics though, they'll be in soon.

I'm starting my first long bulk in a week or so when my wrist heals up, and i'll edit with pics and measurements later when I get some free time.~Reasons to do cardio During a Bulk~
You will be able to bulk for longer with less bodyfat
You will be able to cut for less time
Cardio makes you hungry, so you eat more
It will increase your oxygen uptake, more endurance

yeah when does this end? im gonna start training seriously for soccer mid to late summer and there goes my bulk.
also, for side chest is side-triceps pose acceptable too? i like that pose a lot more...
