sharp pain in lower back after leg press

    Hi guys,

I've been noticing after I do the 45' leg press that I get a sharp pain in the lower back (on the right side), that lasts for the whole day... Do any of you get this as well, and is there any way to avoid this ?

    Thanks in advance,

    - Joseph

it should be the sciatic nerve.
it is only unilateral (ex one side of the spine ).
i solved my problem with a good chiropractor, provided you have no other problems (ex arthrosis etc ).
