i have a hideously weak back- always have also did deads the day before so my back is already tired, but yes that trip fked me good. I was hoping by next week everything would be at pre-trip levels. Not gunna happen
i think i might keep the t-bars for a bit. Not sure i like them that much though. I figured id give them a decent go and not jump to conclusions
thats what im trying to think. Im also still sick - this **** is lingering which is no doubt having an effect. I have been eating a **** load though. Today is like the worst day of it though
bench lacks compared to pulling? you high? my back is like 1/2 my chest
that bench sure is low when i was repping 225 before leaving. Maybe i should rub vegemite on my chest before my work sets lol?
tell me about it. Let this be a lesson - week long benders with no food are no conducive to strength gains!
i expected to be back next week but ohh well. Trip was fun, not gunna whinge
that giant set is almost toughest on my grip tbh. That hurts even worse than my delts lol
yea that is what i've been telling myself. It was just a horrible bad deload and i'll be back bigger and better in no time.

Subbed, broski.
I'll be peeking in now and again, returning dat dere favor and maybe some insight here and there.
Plus I'm interested in what a -2.5% BFer is doing in terms of training.

lol thanks buddy. That actually reminds me. Weighed in at 79.55kg this morning. That is back over pre-leaving weight. Remembering that i got to 80.3kg but then moved to maintenance and water dropped a bit leaving me around 79.3kg. Also started back on the creatine pretty much as soon as i started training again. This might be a factor.
Also feeling fat. Maybe not so much by appearance - but more because of the force feeding. Even eating tonnes of PB and cupcakes and ****. Its getting to be a chore getting 4k. I'll be diligent though. Not stopping this calorie intake for at least a few weeks. Give it a proper run and see where I'm at. Hopefully bigger and stronger than before leaving"There's levels of retardation most people don't even know about"

Struggling to get in 4k? Didn't you used to intake 4.5k when doing 2-a-days? Or are you just referring to the bloat feeling? I realize you needed that much with the training you were doing, but you shouldn't be struggling w/ 4k unless it's a bloat thing.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well... that sucks. Hopefully the session goes well.
Vegemite, hm? I FINALLY found some here, it's in my fridge now but I have yet to try it.*Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.*

just had some lol. Good breakfast. 5 slice toast, 3 with PB+honey, 2 with vegemite+cream cheese and some fudge brownie shake. mmmmm
Fingers crossed. Normally as i warm up i feel better.
thanks for the concern I had some numbers in my mind of what i wanted to achieve today so not hitting those will be disappointing - they are submax for the most part too!
vegemite is an acquired taste lol. Id suggest spreading it thin at first. Myself, i lump it on there but i've been doing it for years! Keep it in the cupboard not the fridge though
im hoping so. Training with a mate today so wanted to bring the A-Game lol. I have to admit yesterday was a fkn struggle. Woke up feeling rubbish. Super weak and very odd. As i warmed into the day felt better and was good before/during/immeidately after AR then got a bit weak again before teaching boxing - but once i ogt into it it was completely fine. Good energy, entusiasm and really enjoyed it (massive classes too!)
Hoping for some decent numbers today"There's levels of retardation most people don't even know about"

i was thinking 95kg on fronts (up 5 from last week - still submax)
85kg on GM +5kg
80kg lunge + 5kg
slight increases on abs+pull throughs. Hopefulyl can push through it
yep - i've never put a jar of vegemite in the fridge ever. It has so much salt in it it will last for ever lol
I might eb crazy (and in all my travels have onyl found one other person who likes this combo and she was pretty weird!) but vegemite+strawberry jam is awesome!"There's levels of retardation most people don't even know about"
