i got some b5 for energy and acne and some caffeine how early before a workout should i take it.

dont know, experiment, your body is a playground, see how you react to it, you may not feel the caffeine as fast or as much if you take it with food, you may get a huge rush and then crash too soon if you take it on an empty stomach, most people take eca right before they workout, it may not be there when they start their workout, but it will be there half way thru, and if you crash, you will crash at the end. i have no experience with b5Originally Posted by Sittin On 22's
