I've been flamed a million times after I tell people the side effects of NO2. They agree with me eventually but insist I try it anyway so I am. Pump-Tech seems to be questionable amongst many of us so I bought a bottle to see how it works for me and I will track my progress on here.
My split:
Chest/tri's (AM) shoulders/traps (PM)
Back/ bi's (AM) legs (PM)
Shoulders/traps (AM) Chest/tri's (PM)
Legs (AM) Back/bi's (PM)
I wanted to hit the muscles twice a week and after one of those workouts on one muscle I'm completely drained. So I made it 4 times a week twice a day. Working days are Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Rest days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Day 1 AM:
Just took my pre workout meal consisting of water, oats, protein, glutamine, and thought I'd throw in creatine because I just got up. Usually I don't take it before my workout but it is morning. I took it about 25 minutes ago and all I'm feeling is my eyes are kind of bluring, feeling dizzy, and I'm nauseated. I feel like I do have some energy but now I noticed I'm starting to shake. I'm not so sure I will continue to use this product if I feel like this everyday, but I'm manily concerned about how I'll feel when I hit the gym. Going to workout in about 20 minutes and I'll be back to tell you how the workout went.

Today's workout was not too bad. I took 2 weeks off from deadlift and got 1 rep more with 20lbs more weight . It's been about 30 minutes since my workout and I still have a pump (was expecting to anyway). Got two more reps for the normal weight I do dumbbell curls with. I know it takes about 2 weeks for the full effect but today it has proven itself a worthy supplement.
The sick feelings and the blurry vision all subsided as soon as I started lifting as well.
Grade thus far - A.
Next workout is tonight. Don't know if I'll be able to do legs tonight because of my tendonitis acting up again.Last edited by tom10; 05-31-2005 at 11:37 AM.

Just got done reading some reports and water may be the main reason why NO2 doesn't work for some people. You need AT LEAST 64oz of water a day. If you don't then don't expect anything from NO2 if your water intake is any lower. By what I've been reading I think you should drink about 25oz of water right after taking NO2. I usually drink at least 2 quarts during a workout then another 2 quarts after and even up to a gallon. It worked okay for the first day and usually is suppose to take a week. So NO2 users drink more water!

Just got home and it was a pretty good workout. Didn't notice much in terms of strength gains today. Had 32oz of water before the workout and 32 during now I'm working on at least 64 the rest of the day. Shoulders are still pumped and its been about an hour which normally my pump would be gone. Traps are still bulging and I have a vein popping out there that I don't ever recall seeing before . Good workout. Chest and tris tonight. My split is a little messed up because I have shoulders before tris and it might effect my bench press tonight. Going to take about 25g of glutamine and sleep some and see if my tris feel any better.

If you don't like what I'm writing, then why do you continue to read it? It's not for you anyway, it's for me to check my progress. You have a lot of posts and have been here awhile I can tell but you're about as mature as my 9 year old brother.
EDIT: I love these comments...
"Using CELL-Tech, I gained 10 pounds of mass in only one week. This stuff is truly amazing!"
"After using CELL-Tech I gained 23 pounds of mass and experienced an unbelievable increase in strength. I've tried creatine but it doesn't even come close to the mass-building effects of CELL-Tech."
Notice how it only says mass? Mass can be fat, muscle, hair, fingernails, whatever. If it said LBM and it proved it, then I might think different.Last edited by tom10; 06-03-2005 at 01:29 PM.

Suppose to have legs this morning but after taking AI's the last night and squating with no weight, I couldn't do another leg day. I got to calves but as far as hammys and quads, they don't get trained much these days unfortunately.
Took it today for biceps and back and I have a decent pump from it and its been about an hour. Had good energy levels too. Worked nice today.

Ugh this log probably won't be accurate. I've started working 60 hours a week and have basically no time to lift. I haven't even taken it in about 6 days which totally throws this product off. This log is useless now.
I'm now looking for another NO2 product because I can't find pump-tech for the same price now. Thinking about Dynatize's NO2. I'll make a log on that and see how it works for me.
