    How masturbation affects gains/best time to masturbate?

    I was wondering how masturbation affects testosterone, and my gains? If i masturbate after I workout, lets say before bed, will that affect my gains due to low testosterone levels?

    also which is better if you know your gonna have sex the next day..

    going in with a loaded gun, or wanking off the night before?

    It won't affect you one bit, i do it at night once or twice a week before bed and have never had any adverce problems.. I work out in the evening between 5 & 8 pm and have never had a bad workout from that... As a matter of fact I did it last night before bed and today had one of the best Chest Workouts I think I have ever had..
