I thought it was a really good episode. She seemed really friendly and at ease in front of the camera. That comment about taking satisfaction in improving one's physique even if one is not perfect was really well-said.
I think a lot of people, myself included, are really curious about her training and nutrition -- which may be included in a future episode? At any rate, this was a good watch. I love that pet cat, too!
So yeah, great stuff. I'm looking forward to the next episode!
