Bis and legs on same day - two workouts?

I do legs and bis on Sunday. I know this it is kind of a weird combination, but I do it for a reason and I have seen good results with it. So should I hit my bis right after I finish my legs or should I train them in a seperate workout in the afternoon (I work out in the morning)?

Bump! Does anyone here ever have two workouts in one day? Would it be overtraining? I personally do not think so, since I only do this one day a week (Sunday). So what would be better, working legs and bis in the same workout, or doing them in seperate workouts at different times of day

    Sunday - legs and bis
    Monday - chest and tris
    Tuesday - off
    Wednesday - back and shoulders
Thursday - abs, forearms, and calves
    Friday - off
    Saturday - off

The split is this way for a reason and fits with my scheduel/ lifestyle best. I had good results bulking with it last winter.

doing both is fine if you can keep your workout intense. Personally i keep my leg days by itself with just the addition of abs. You could think about putting your arms (tris/bis/forearms) in one day but thats personal preference

personally i find having one day rest after chest and tris's is not enough rest 4 shoulders which also get worked. i would do them together or make 2-3 daysest between them.
