Pure Protein Bars... they actually taste pretty good. S'mores is my favorite, but the Strawberry and Blueberry aren't far behind. If I have to travel for work, I usually grab a few for the plane and late night snacks at the hotel.

My opinion on this is that looking strictly from the nutritional value(and not taste), ISS Research Pro42 bars would have to be at the top of the list, and they are the top selling bars. They have 1g of sugar for 380calories. Its almost like a complete meal replacement without gaining sugar fat.
Most other bars have like at least 10grams of sugar for that caloric intake.
Does anyone think that having sugar in the bar is good at any time, and why?

i realy don't believe in protein bars, you can just buy a tube of protein for a higher quality and much lower price.but we have different life-styles,so if you NEED to take a Protein Bar,i suggest "SSUSA Triple Delicious Bars" because it has 30g of protein,1g of sugar (!!),a great taste, and for only 1.00$$ for bar!!

No need to freak out over soy protein. Studies have been showing for years that up to 50 grams of soy protein per day can be consumed without affecting yoru testosterone or estrogen levels.
I would have to say that Labrada's Cookie bars are the very best I have ever hadThey see indoctrination and they call it "morality", "professionalism", or "maturity" depending on the context.

I started out on detour bars. They tasted incredible, I will be the first to say that. Just check out the labels, around 30 g of sugars and anywhere from 5 to 7 grams of saturated fat and relatively little fiber. You're pretty much eating a snickers bar with a lot of protein added in. Most of the good tasting energy bars fall into this trap. When I started a cutting cycle, I went looking for a better bar, and I found Promax Oatrageous. About half the sugars of most bars (14 g), and only 2 g of saturated fat and 5 g of fiber. The remainder of the carbs are from oats which are a very good carb source. Taste is also quite good (peanut butter chocolate chip), though not nearly as potent as the detour stuff.
