Quest Bar hands down are the best tasting ones and pretty good macros. As far as calories they usually range between 160-180 depending on the flavor. One thing is the fiber count is pretty high so i wouldn't recommend eating 2 a day unless thats the only source of fiber you are getting. One thing is they currently have a lawsuit on there hands. I heard it was because the fiber count is false but not sure how true that is. still hands down best protein bar for the amount of calories though

Quest for sure. The old apple cinnamon life lift was real good too.

Hard to beat overall Protein bars like Vega's though. The All-in-One bars AND Protein bars are awesome. I do like Quest and ANSI's as well.

Back years ago this thread started with the title best overall protein bars. 99% of comments are "hmmmmm taste great." "Awesome tasting" "Test as good as a candy bar". Is that really only thing you guys/ladies care about?

If I only care about the taste I ask OP. he will tell me the "best bar" is kit Kat bar or something.

What we need is to see which bar has the best carb, no alcohol sugar, low sugar, best protein and of course good taste. In short, which bar is best for bodybuilding and your health. If you look up to the URL of Internet explorer window, u see bodybuilding .com

So, ....I'm using quest bars because it has the least carb with high fiber count creating 4-6 net carbs per bar. 20g protein with all natural I ingredients. Has a huge variety of tastes.

If you think there is/are better bar for muscle and health , shoot holes into my bar and tell me a better one.

I agree, I would rather have 20g of high quality protein than 32g of crap. Quest uses high grade protein and they taste great as well.

Quest bars I by far the best tasting I've ever had. I've tried the cookies and cream flavor and it's amazing. They're not calorie dense either. 21 grams of protein, 22 grams of carbs plus fiber...can't beat that. I gotta free shirt with mine too.

I want to say Quest is best (maybe because it rhymes) but something bothers me about them. They *taste* like they have sugar in there. Yeah, I know that's not reliable. It's just the way I feel. And I get that feeling after I eat them too. I watch all sugar intake and something just don't feel right. It could be in my mind. This has happened before, where a company does some curious math with their labels. I still buy them from time to time and don't have anything against the company, but it wouldn't shock me if it turns out their labels are incorrect in ways beside the current fiber controversy.

The labels are just fine. There is a recent analysis wich explain that the declared values are correct. The problem is that IMO is not simple to analyze and they needs a modern tools for this purpose. Search on Google "are-quest-bars-too-good-to-be-true".

The sweet taste became from a very good balance beetween ingredients.

Im completely addicted to quest bars. The cookies and cream bar is the best tasting flavor. Samedaysupplements .com sells it for a good price and it was shipped to me FAST.

I agree. My top 3 is Cookies and Cream (i tried my first one some days ago, unbelievable), Coconut Cashew and Cinnamon Roll with CCCD.

The Best Bar Ever is a brand new company with by far the best tasting protein bar on the market. I would put the taste up against any other bar out there. Nutritional: Its a whole food raw bar mad of dried fruit, mixed nuts, rolled oats, whey & casein blend, honey, molasses with 15 g of protein. The bars should be kept refrigerated or frozen. sind they do have a shelf life unlike most bars that can sit in a warehouse for years.

Quest bars are good, i love Coconut Cashew, but Victory Bars and Lifelift bars are also pretty good. Vanilla Almond Victory Bars are pretty bomb.

The double choc chunk and the apple pie round out my top 3 bars.

cliff bars all taste great with 20 grams of protein at a relatively low price. my number one has to be met rx chocolate roasted peanut with caramel. by far the best tasting protein bar with 32 grams of protein.

This thread makes me want to try quest bars..but for now I'd have to say my favorites are Clif Builders (Clif bar in general are just ****ing awesome) and the Chef Robert FITFx bars. nearly no sugar, 30g of whey protein, and taste ****ing amazing. Waiting to try the MP Combat Crunch bars.

Quest bars are my go to, I have 2 boxes of 12 of double chocolate chunk. I've tried every flavor and here's the reasoning:

1. Double Chocolate Chunk is one of their Stevia based bars(no Sucralose).
2. The chocolate chunks in this flavor take away the ridiculous heavy chewing you get with most protein bars by having a soft crunch every other bite.
3. Seriously good, probably 40+ of them so far and I still enjoy every single one!

Quest bar is by the best tasting. Carb and protein ratio is decent and the flavours are amazing.

Otherwise Maxes Supershred cookies are next best
