I'm trying to get higher but with little luck. Hitting about 4.5k cals a day but nothing is happening, with work it's pretty difficult to eat more than that.

Haha, yeah I think my bench strength is pretty good right now, I just need to go easy on the elbow. I think it's the squat work that aggravates it.
