i dont really grind them.. i just toss them in with all my other **** i put in my shakes.. like whey , milk , banana etc etc
when i come back they are finely chopped up even included with all that other bull****
just put all the ingrediants in the blender.. turn it to the side to start it.. go take a piss.. come back and ur PWO shake is ready..
but either way really works

do regular supermarkets (shaws, stop and shop) have oat flour? I looked for it last night in the baking goods section with all the other flour and couldn't find any.
