    Micro Baker Sweet Potatoe/yam

Has anyone ever tried these?? They are the sweet potatoes that have the plastic cover and you just throw them in the micro. On the label it says yam/sweet potatoe taste???

Also what is the differenece between sweet potatoes and yams???

i buy, and go through about a dozen of these sweet potatoes a week. throw them in the micro for 5-7 minutes and they steam perfectly in that plastic wrap. most are aroung 6oz cooked sweet potoato which is about 45-50g complex carbs. i usually throw some PB on top and eat with 3 meals a day.....mmmm soo good

I just tried these micro sweet potatoes out last week. They worked out great! and tasted delicious with cinnamon on top! Buying some today at the store. They were around .99 cents a piece.

they are sweet potatoes not yams. all sweet potoatoes in the US are mislabeled as yams but in truth they are really potaotes. yams are much more fibrous and are actual roots that are huge (+100 lbs)
