I need some help on what type of work outs I should do! Right now I am working out at 8am for 30min to an hour, then do 15 min of cardio. Reason for only doing 15 min of cardio is because I live 20 min away from gym and I know that the optimal time to take protien is 30 min after working out. I work out 2 exercises on chest, 2 on triceps, 2 on shoulders one day, next 2 on biceps, back, and abs on day 2, 2 on quad, 2 on hamstrings, 2 on calves on day 3. and I do cardio every other day. I workout 4-5 days a week. Right now, i am taking No-explode and that is definitly helping me get up in the morning. And of course protien. Is there a fat burner that would help shed while I can still build the muscle??
