yea i know im at about 14% now need some new pics just tryin to look cool.lol.i turn 15 december 1st right when our powerlifting season starts i'm tryin to get that squat up to 340 by then.aint updated my bodyspace in a while im doin 315 for 4-6 reps now a days.

innit....i maintain about a 30 inch waist offseason, alot of people said you cant lift heavy with a small waist........proved them wrong.
im about 5'6 on a good day........absolutely sux trying to find trousers to fit me. waist to small and quads to big.
i just bought a new pair of trousers and it hasnt even been two weeks and there already splitting!!!

cool.....there a few pics of me in my profile. i dnt like having an avatar pic.
heres one offseason pic i will post up weighing about 182lbs......note how my waist looks almost as wide as my quads ( im not even talking about circumference).
no point asking what i did to achieve this for myself because i really dont train any different to most people on here......over they years i came up with the conclusion thats its genetics and hard work.
the reason i know this is because i have three younger brother who are also similarly built to me with less effort and more height.
