    Unhappy Hi! I need your help

    As a 17 year old male, I weigh 123 pounds at 5'9''. I lift weights 3-4 times a week. I have a shredded body but baby fat on cheeks. All my friends have long lost fat on their face, although they weigh 145-165pounds with the same height. What do I need to do?

    Forget about your cheeks and eat more given that you only weigh 123 pounds at 5' 9".

    You can't spot reduce fat. Face fat is typically the last to go when on a cut.

    What I would do- bulk up, get bigger than all your friends. This way, your body matches your face and you can mog everyone.

    thx for answer, I gained weight up to 136, I was shredded , but my face was like a pig, I ate 2700 calories, it was really hard for my stomach and gained only 11 pounds, but in the last 2 months I lost 15pounds, but the weight on the barbell remained the same
