Alright guys, sorry if this may sound noobish, but what are the best types of lean meats to eat to gain weight?
Also, I know that eating chicken is a good source of protien and calories. So how do you guys eat your chicken? Do you prepare it in a special way to make it taste good? Or do you just take it and cook it?
