Hi Grouchy, thanks for dropping by.
Something irreversible happened inside of my body, another notch down into the abyss of aging. Injuries didn't heal completely. Can't recover swiftly and can't control the weight properly. Now WFH also started to taking a toll.
I have to adjust my mindset. *shrug*

Kaz, getting older sucks and is great at the same time. On one hand, we're fortunate to have this many years on earth. On the other hand, it's difficult to let go of what our bodies were once capable of. This is especially difficult for men who have a history of physical prowess.
Hang in there. Just the fact that you're getting exercise keeps you ahead of the old-man curve.
Those older pictures of you are cool. Do you have any from spring this year? This is the time of flowers.

Still a long way to recover fully to the pre-injured condition but I'm gonna make it eventually.
Also one more month, September 30th is the one year anniversary of my new job. (LOL, no longer new I know!)
