    Great job overall, and especially your 220x3 bench. I believe that was Kelly Clarkson you were listening to -- definitely not what I expected to hear you listening to during a heavy lift. Haha Excellent work.

    As always, your photos look great too.

    I think my tendon that I hurt in my arm mostly healed up on its own. I did go to the doctor like you suggested, and got a referral for physical therapy, but it started getting better before I had free time from work to even make an appointment for therapy. I also did a lot of low intensity to try to heal. For chinups and pullups I did grip variations and changed thumb positions (or even took thumbs off the bar sometimes) which helped things not to hurt while I was doing the exercises

    Many Japanese bench pressers do this and it's called "Everyday Bench."

    Literally, bench press every day though I cannot do that anymore due to the time restraint caused by my current work shift.

    You reduce intensity and volume and increase frequency.

    Mostly works for strength but sometimes it works for building mass despite its low volume.

    The key is to find the right balance by adjusting both intensity and volume every time you feel it isn't working or your body isn't recovering enough.

    You'll love it, I promise, provided you can keep your ego at bay.

    Oh, one more thing, you do "Not Train To Failure." Doing that will invite injuries.

    Finally the strength started coming back to the level of pre-COVID and more it seems.

    ☠️ The high-frequency training cost my left shoulder, it is clicking whenever I moved my arm up and down and started suffering constant minor pain.

    I found out that careful slow-movement warm-up sets help easing the pain during w/o and actually improve the performance in the main set.
