    Your poses are so great

I hope the healing is going well. I really liked the lion shirt you had on the previous set of pictures!

Ha! Holstein, eh? Well, I think you're as strong as an ox! Nice shirt, though.

It's still amazing that it's warm enough to dress like that in January at your latitude!

LOL, Dave you are very tactful!

While jogging, I wear both long-sleeve shirt and windbreaker. It's only during my photo session that I wear A-shirt. And I only do it when sun is shining! Winter here is mild but not that mild, brr.....

This is the first ruck marching since March, 1st. I hoisted my backpack very carefully each time. The day's temp were too warm and I took off my long-sleeve. Heavy backback wearing only A-shirt was a mistake. It caused chafing on my shoulder. Every time I put my backpack down, I winced with pain. Sorry my whimpering.....

I ordered a pair of Velcro Shoulder Pads at Amazon, hoping it would work.

There's just something about seeing you posing in that lion shirt that brings a huge smile to my face, Kaz.

Good to see you progressing with rehab, your lifts, and your rucking too.

Kaz, I've been thinking about you lately. I hope you are doing well.

I've been working about 60 hours a week so my workouts and reading have been neglected a little bit. The book I am reading now, Out of the Dark by Gregg Hurwitz, mentioned a KAZ sushi place. I figured that was a sign that I should check in on your thread. Haha.

Guyz, LOL. But I'm really happy to be able to ruck again. Though I don't know the reason when I ruck my hip (sciatic nerve) pain subsides, while I jog it flares up. So it seems an ideal combination would be to alternate ruck and jog. So during those three weeks my hip condition too continually deteriorated without any ruck marching. But now it's fine. *sigh of relief*

I feel you brother. A really tough world out there for people like you, people with a soft (I mean gentle) heart. You are a good husband and great father I wish I'd be in another life. I hope that sign you saw at the sushi place also means a good omen for both of us. *bow*

*A Job Interview this day. It turned out that both the pay and the working condition are pretty bad. So I declined. For receiving unemployment insurance check, I must have two job application or interviews in every four weeks. Beggars can't be choosers.

    Spoiler!

And I am ashamed of myself whimpering all about me always, while there always are people whose whole life is devoted to help other people and unfortunate children who cannot help themselves. I know as always I am not making much sense, I probably will never do and I'm sorry about that.

I'll take a breath.............ok, now I'm fine. Must be my old age and weak mind.

I feel your frustration, Kaz. I went through a long period of unemployment, and it irked me no end to know that potential employers were rejecting me because of my age, even though I was healthier and stronger than they were! I'm glad you're ot neglecting your training, though. That's one thing that really helped me get through it.

Keep at it, Kaz. I'm hopeful the pain will soon subside. But don't be ashamed to relax the weight load if you feel the need!

Dave, Mark and Athi, thanks for your concern. It will be a slow process but they will heal eventually, left elbow, right biceps and chronicle left shoulder pain. I've been just trying to find the best workout intensity, volume and frequency or their combination for the recovery. So I'm monitoring closely my pain level during and after each workout.

    ---------------------------------------

Busy 10 days, I had six job interviews but no success so far. Some they don't like me, about my age and gender and the rest I don't like them for mostly bad working conditions. My skill sets are English, PC and being healthy(!). I applied for an internet shopping site management job. But they want a younger female who knows jewelry and apparel well, my mistake. Others were another very dubious web site, Cable TV company's assistant, a repo man for a gas company (just notifying people who are behind in their payment), a guide at Tokyo Waterworks Historical Museum, office building management worker (another name for a janitor), etc....

At night during those days, I spent time watching movies, a lot of romantic comedies and musicals enjoying a lot of booze.......
Must be my age, can't sleep, tend to wake up too early......

I have another interview today, with an IT company for a job of setting PCs for their clients. Wish me luck, I need it. Later if I'm not that tired I'd update my journal.

Kaz my brother, I know the stress of being without work. I am lifting you up in prayer. Praying for a job and that your aches and pains will dissipate.

Usually I put my res to the friend's post first but the error occurred, so I changed the order and that worked. A few month back this started frequently and many of my friends here also are complaining about the same trouble now.

And I removed this part from the post above because the site has never allowed me to post with this in it.

BTW, actually I like the picture of that woman in that error msg. I think that's a good news.

    ...........or not.
