I live Tokyo area but where I live at night not many lights are on.
So when I look up at the sky I can see the stars.
Knowing this sky connects us like internet
you, me and friends all over the world sharing the same air,
makes me feel happy and alive.
You can't get rid of me so easily, hehe. Glad Kevin, you are still here.
Uh-oh, sunday-bencher now I am. Need some fresh incentive to lift heavy.
The same thing happened 17 years ago.
But I knew better this time, I visit BB.com once everyday and that keep reminding me of the feel of weight. Once I regain focus again and I will, I could do better.
Until then you will be my link between my soul and iron.
Thanks Penney, my love.
Do you play football, Mike?
I wonder what's it like being a football player!
That's definitely a warrior's sport.
Thanks chris, I'll see what I can do about, I mean whether I can contract a Stat TV service which broadcasts NFL games those teams are playing.
I'm afraid I may not be able to pick a team I want to watch.
Hey Al, I played Rugby when I'm jr.high at school for two years.
When I was in 2nd grade, the team was created and I was one of the first students to join the team. We lost every game in two seasons.
I played as a front row forward, right side...I can't remember much, 35 years ago....gosh, I feel old.Last edited by Samraiwise; 07-26-2008 at 08:05 PM.

V for Vendetta
"This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished, as the once vital voice of the verisimilitude now venerates what they once vilified. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.
The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose vis-?-vis an introduction, and so it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V."
I watched "V for Vendetta" yesterday, I was transfixed by gracefullness and sometimes comical performance of "Lord of Rivendell".
I love women with GI cut, that's the reason I had bought this DVD....haha, but soon I forgot about Natalie and my eyes were glued to Hugo's mask and the lightning sweeps of his daggers.
LOL, more than a third of those v-word, I've never heard of. I have to check it later...
What does "the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition." mean?Last edited by Samraiwise; 07-26-2008 at 08:09 PM.

Violently vicous speaks for itself. Voracious violation of voilition = extreme or tremendous violation of will ... which could mean a number of things. It could mean losing your will to someone or something, or abusing your will.
Geez, that's a tongue-twister. I have never heard of that show by the way. It could be because I don't watch much TV~ Penney

Love that movie Kaz! There's a certain eloquence about the character and his actions.
Hopefully your life will slow down enough so you can start posting your workouts again."Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum"

Oh, now I got the feel of those words, thanks my lady!!
Yep, those words, a tongue-twister from Hugo wearing that mask in a black cloak, gave me tremors of excitement.
Yes "eloquence" the word I needed!! Thanks Joe.
I love "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" fight in the movie, though I love brutal crash in football more. You'll love it Penney, I guarantee it.
Kinda Eloquent version of Leon with daggers instead of guns. and Natlie fell in an impossible love again with an Dark Elven Lord, the lonliest man in the world.
The irony is that John Hurt playing a villan, a leader of totalitarian regeme in England. ..............I wonder what had happened to him, Winston after George Orwell's 1984.

Hi, Kaz!
Yes, I am an NFL fan. I'm in NY and I'm a JETS fan.
BTW, you are showing some serious upper body muscle in you avatar!
I'll be watching your journal now to steal some secrets!"Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."
Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.

Where is my w/o? Currently I only w/o once a week.
Once my mind is hooked on something, I cannot do anything else....it's my nature.
And you are such a sweet lady!
So his last game was on 11th of Nov last year...on Saturday, they will play against Falcons. I'll keep an eye on the team, thanks Hoos!!
Thanks Donna, say hello to Darren for me.🌺 Lauren Brooks Kelly (snailsrus) - Jul 25, 1991 – Jan 29, 2022
