part of my diet includes a grilled chicken breast wheat burger and fries every day for lunch. Is this too much carbs for one meal?
EDIT: lol. OK I left out some important information that makes this post seem really stupid. The french fries I get only have 6 grams of unsaturated fat and no transfat.

in your bodyspace it says "tired of looking and feeling like crap"
nutrition wise... i'm sure there are better/healthier ways to eat a potato
on average a "serving" of fries might get you 500+ calories(so if you are looking to add calories...)
not to mention the super high fat content(if cooked in oil... some people actually bake em in the oven)
i'm sure you know the obvious answer to your question... if you are looking for a "valid" reason to keep eating em... maybe try finding a reason to eat something more beneficial(or just eat less of it...)
that's my $.02"if a supplement falls in the forest and there is no one there to hear it will the squirrels gain any lean body mass?"
