evening workout --> late evening carbs ???
Iím about 20% BF. Iím trying to cut.
Because of my job I canít workout in the morning or at midday, and I can workout only in the evening. Therefore I train 7pm to 9pm. 3-4 times a week.
8.00 am breakfast
11.30am 2 tablets of Weiderís fat burner
6.30pm 2 tablets of Weiderís fat burner
7.00pm Ė 9.00pm workout
9.00pm 2 bananas, 30 grams whey protein shake
10pm large meal
I sleep at 11.50pm Ė 7.30am.
I know taking carbs in late evening is bad for cutting. But I workout only in the evening.
Is the large meal at 10pm Ok? If itís wrong, how can I solve it?
How about my diet?

Having a 'large meal' so close to bedtime is not the best for fat loss. You could reduce the size of the meal, or use the meal as your post-workout nutrition.
Its not optimum, but maybe if you tweak it a bit more you'll have better results.
