for about 4 days i havent been able to train my arms because it hurts like hell. (only my left one my right is better) and i cant bend it past a certain degree without it hurting even when holding nothing.
hey, had the same problem myself, but it was just my form that was off and was causing me to have these pains, again only in my left arm. Try looking at the way you do ur exercises, you may be doing them slightly wrong, causing the pains.
it shud heal in days, mine did, i just did some forearm exercises to strengthen my arms up, found it took away any pain i was feeling from lifting. If this doesnt work, go see ur physio, they'll be able to quicken up the helaing process...
